Directions

Add yourself:

  • 500 g stewing beef.
  • 4 medium sized onions.
  • 2 medium-sized red peppers.
  • 300 g of rice.
  • 750 ml of water.

Directions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Bake the sliced stewing beef.
  3. Briefly fry the chopped onions and the sliced bell pepper.
  4. Add 250 ml of water and bring to a boil.
  5. Let it simmer for about 2 hours with the kid on, adding water if necessary to prevent dry boiling.
  6. When the meat is tender, add 500 ml of water and Honig base for Goulash.
  7. Return to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, cook the rice as indicated on its packaging and serve the goulash with the rice and garnish with some parsley if desired.
