We source our products from a variety of Canadian wholesalers and
importers. The majority of our products come from the Netherlands, as
well as other European countries and, of course, Canada.

We’re always on the lookout for new items. If there’s something you’d like to see us carry, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

We currently take all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

We have gift cards available in-store. Gift cards are not available online at this time.

Absolutely. Your order will be shipped to wherever you enter in the Shipping Address section.

Orders do not include a receipt in the box, only a packing list, so the recipient
will not know how much you spent by default. If you’d like we can also
include a note card in the order. We do not offer any gift wrapping or decoration.

We currently ship anywhere in North America.

Our shipping is mostly handled by Canada Post, or USPS in the US. We also ship with CanPar and GLS. You can specify who you would like your order shipped with at checkout. Free shipping will always be shipped with the cheapest carrier based on your location.

Shipping costs are based on weight and distance so the more you order, the more expensive it is. You can see your shipping costs in the checkout once you enter your address.

The actual shipping time depends on a wide range of factors such as weather, time of year, and distance, but most orders leave our shop within 1 day of being placed. For Canada shipments, the average time is
3-5 days.

The minimum order amount to get free shipping is $125 Canadian before tax.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free international shipping at this time as it is simply too expensive.

This typically happens for 1 of 2 reasons. Either something in your cart is in-store only and can not be shipped, or the shipping address is formatted incorrectly or incomplete.

Please double-check your cart and address, and if you are still having problems contact us.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If your tracking number is not working please double check the number and the carrier.

Tracking can take up to a day to update. Tracking does not update until the parcel leaves our store, which may be a day after the tracking number is generated. If you still do not see any updates after a few days, contact us.
