Refund policy
In-Store Purchases
The Dutch Shop will refund any purchase made in-store within 14 days excluding exceptions.
Customers must provide a receipt and the complete original product in order to receive a refund.
Exceptions:
- Any product including Meat, Cheese or frozen products that have passed their expiry date as written on the label but were purchased prior to expiring.
- Frozen or refrigerated products that have not been properly stored.
- Clearance items.
Online Orders
For online orders, return shipping may be provided by The Dutch Shop depending on the circumstances. To request a return, please contact us. Products that are damaged or missing during shipping can either be refunded or replaced at the customer’s discretion.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped and left our facilities.
Late or Lost Shipments
Refunds and cancellations will not be offered for orders delivered late at the fault of the carrier. However, a full refund or re-shipment will be applied if the carrier loses the package and it can not be recovered. Refunds or replacements may be applied if product becomes spoiled as a result of shipping delays.
Customers who would like to return some or all of their order will be asked to pay for return shipping if there is no fault with the product.
Sale Products
Sale items will be refunded for their purchased value, regardless of current sale status.
