Dutch Meatballs

Great taste, and minimal fuss is something everyone wants in a recipe. These meatballs are incredibly easy to prepare, and very versatile to use. Make them tiny for Dutch meatball soup, medium sized for a pasta dish, or large meal-sized. Any way you serve them, they are delicious!
Ingredients
Amount | Ingredient |
1 lbs | Ground Beef, Pork or Chicken (or use a combination!) |
3 teaspoon | Verstegen Mix voor Gehakt (Traditional or with Onions) |
1 | Dutch Rusk |
1 | Egg |
1/4 Cup - 1 Cup | Milk or Water (Adjust for desired consistency) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls, whatever size you like. Cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through. (Beef and Chicken should be 165° F, Pork 145° F)
