Stroopwafel Cake

Love stroopwafels? Now you can make cake with them. Enjoy!
ADD:
- 1 Package Koopmans Stroopwafelcake
- 200g butter or margarine
- 4 medium eggs
- 4 stroopwafels
- 30cm cake pan, preferably spring form
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 325° (F). Place rack in middle position.
- Grease the cake pan with butter, dusting with flour, or use cooking spray.
- Beat the butter until soft and creamy.
- Add the cake mix and eggs, 1 at a time.
- Beat on lowest speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Beat on highest speed for 2 minutes, until better is light and airy.
- Pour batter in pan.
- Cut the stroopwafels in small pieces, roughly 1 cm. Spread over batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Allow to cool completely
