Hak Split Green Peas 500g

Wash the peas. Bring peas, pork and bacon softy to a boil.
Scoop off the foam.
While covered, simmer until peas are tender and fall apart, 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, slice and chop the vegetables.
Remove the pork from the soup when the pears are cooked, remove the bone, and cut meat into pieces.
Add the vegetables, smoked sausage and pork.
Simmer for 30 minutes more, stirring occasionally so bottom doesn't burn.
Remove smoked sausage and bacon. Chop and return to soup.
Add salt and pepper and celery leaf.
