Add Yourself:
- 350 g white rice.
- 100 g cubed bacon (or ham).
- 2 tbs Inproba Wok Oil/vegetable oil.
- 400 g diced pork (or chicken).
- 450 g finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, bell pepper).
- 2 eggs.
Preparation:
- Boil the rice as instructed on the package.
- Fry the bacon in the oil on a high temperature and add the meat, fry until cooked through.
- Stir fry the fresh vegetables until they are "al dente".
- Add the Nasi Goreng mix along with 100 ml of water and stir it all for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and mix all of it together until the eggs have solidified.
- Mix it all with the boiled rice and heat while continuously stirring it.
Serving Suggestion:
- Add Inproba Ketjap Manis and Sambal Oelek to your taste.
