Koopmans Appelkaneel Apple-Cinnamon Cake Mix 400g

Pre-heat oven to 325° (F). Place rack in middle position.
Grease the cake pan with butter, dusting with flour, or use cooking spray.
Peel the apple, remove the core, and slice into small pieces (1/2-1 cm).
Beat the butter until soft and creamy.
Add the cake mix and the eggs, one at a time.
Beat at lowest speed for 1 minute.
Beat at highest speed for 2-3 minutes, until better is light and airy.
Add the apple pieces and the cinnamon sugar to the batter and mix well with a spoon.
Place batter in pan, and bake 60-75 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes before removing from pan.
Allow to cool completely.
