Mix for meatballs with onion (gehakt uitjes).

Directions

• Knead the mixture and an egg through 500g minced meat. Form into meatballs.
• Heat butter or margarine in a pan and fry the meatballs until cooked.

Do not add salt, pepper or breadcrumbs.

This mix contains onion flavour, but you may add diced onions to your meatballs for extra flavour.
